The web’s most comprehensive guide to

naturist beaches in Greece

Online since 1996

Imagine ... lying naked on a lovely sandy beach, the calm sea lapping at your feet, the sun warming your body, while a gentle breeze softly caresses your skin. Then ... floating in the warm sea, feeling nothing but the clear water around you ... A delightful, natural feeling, enjoyed by increasing numbers of men, women and families in many countries around the world. There are still lots of places in Greece and the Islands where you can swim and sunbathe without clothes.  This site is the best place to find them.

Cap’n Barefoot’s Naturist Guide is a Wiki site.  You can help other naturists by providing up to date information on places for nude sunbathing and skinnydipping in the Greek Islands.  We ask only that you join the site, which is quick, easy and free. The site has two main areas - the part you’re looking at now (barefoot.info) which includes general information, and the much larger Wiki section (capnbarefoot.info).
Footnote If you’ve visited the site before - welcome back! You will notice quite a lot of changes. It’s been given a bit of a makeover (not before time, some of you might think), and it still includes the main components of the old Captain Barefoot site and some new ones in a neater, more modern-looking and accessible format. More new features will be added as the site evolves.
